AISCCUF

Association of Supreme Audit Institutions that have in common the use of French language (AISCCUF) brings together SAIs members of INTOSAI sharing the use of French language and Francophone values. It was created in 1994 and currently has 45 members, the General Secretariat being provided by the Court of Accounts of France. It is an active member of the International Francophone Organisation (OIF).

AISCUFF objectives:

  • Strengthening the rule of law through the development of Supreme Audit Institutions in each of the Member States;
  • Developing the exchange of experience among member institutions;
  • Cooperation between member institutions in terms of training and technical assistance.

During the meeting in Vienna, in November 2008, the Governing Board of INTOSAI approved the accession of AISCCUF as an associate member of INTOSAI.

The Association of the Supreme Audit Institutions that have in common the use of French language meets once every three years in the framework of a General Assembly of members. AISCUFF organizes seminars on topics of common interest that are held every two years, the aim being to facilitate the exchange of experiences and the sharing of the best practice within the French-speaking world.

The Court of Accounts of the Republic of Moldova became a member in 2008.
