The employees of the Court of Accounts have benefited of trainings in the public procurement field

The employees of the Court of Accounts of the Republic of Moldova (CoARM) have benefited of a training session regarding the public electronic procurement system entitled “MTender System : enabling the organizational process of the public procurement”.

The presentation was organized based on the inter-institutional cooperation between the Court of Accounts (CoA), the Ministry of Finance (MF) and the Center of Information Technologies in Finance (CITF) today, on the 14th of January.

The trainers of the session were the representatives of the Ministry of Finance: Gabriela Cuneva, State Secretary, Ion Paslaru, Deputy Head of the Procurement Regulatory Policies Division and the CITF representatives: Stefan Condrea and Vladimir Rodionov.

The purpose and objectives of the training were to acknowledge the participants with the features of the electronic platform MTender used in the public procurement procedures by open tendering and requesting price offers.

The trainings gathered over 50 employees of the Court of Accounts, including public auditors that were engaged in the audit missions regarding the good management of the state budget income within the public institutions in the country.

The automatic informational system “The State Registry of Public Acquisitions” MTender in an electronic acquisition system that is composed of a web-portal, a Central Unity Data Base (Open Data) and certified platforms within the private sector, used to support the electronic tenders carried on in the public, as well as in the private sector.

It should be mentioned that the training session was organized upon the request of the employees of the supreme audit institution.
