The status of the Court of Account compels the Court to interact with other state authorities in order to achieve its goals, or the control over the formation, management and use of public financial resources and public assets management presumes a close interaction between the Court and other public authorities, including law enforcement agencies, that should remedy the law violations registered during the audit activities.
This study was conducted under the Project "Recommendations for the Court of Accounts: Advocacy for transparency and efficiency of public money", implemented with the support of the Soros -Moldova Foundation. The study does not necessarily represent the views of the Institute for Public Policy of the funder Soros Foundation.
