On 17 November, at the CoA took place a training on "Issues of reform in the execution of the national public budget components".
The moderators of the training were Rosca Cristina, Bercaru Eleonora, Railean Tatiana, Purice Lidia, Zaharcu Lilia and Petru Oprea, public officers from the General Division of the of State Treasury of the Ministry of Finance.
Following the agenda, more topics were presented and discussed within the training, as: "Issues reform within legal and regulatory framework related to the work of the treasury system", "Issues of reform in the execution of the national public budget components", "How to apply the plan of accounts in the budget and the methodological norms for accounting and financial reporting in the budget", "Financial reporting", "Concept on the accounting reforming, development and implementation of the National Accounting Standards for the Public Sector".
The objectives of these trainings are aimed to develop knowledge, to familiarize and interpret correct the legislation across the public finance management, norms for accounting and financial reporting in the budget. Thus, 33 of employers of the Court of Accounts attended these trainings.
We would like to mention that the trainings were conducted according to the professional trainings and development plan of the CoA's employers for 2016.
