Missions in Chisinau in the context of the Twinning Project

In the context of the Twinning Project "Strengthening and enhancing public audit in Moldova", the foreign experts are in Chisinau since May 25 of 2015.

Thus, the expert Arunas Beksta performed during May 25 - June 5, a mission to the component "The management of human resources of the Court of Accounts"- an activity regarding the procedure of establishment the evaluation of training needs, developing and implementing the evaluation of the personnel system procedures. During the mission were held meetings and interviews with the CoA heads and with the staff who is responsible for the human resources.

In addition, on May 28-29 and June 1, are planned trainings on project management, at which will participate the CoA Plenum members, the heads of divisions and the audit teams.

The benchmarks for this mission consists of the report on improving the staff evaluation system and the job descriptions with the defined competencies.

Two other foreign experts, Maria Del Carmen and Cunsuelo Lage Herrera, are in Chisinau from 25 to 29 May this year, at the activity on "The capacity building of the CoA audit"; the activity on "Training on performance auditing system and EU funds, and the preparation of the necessary initial evaluations. The mission agenda includes presentations of case studies, meetings and workshops. Thursday, May 28, is expected to take place an interactive workshop for members of the Plenum, the team of the pilot audit of EU funds, the CoA audit department's employees.
