The employees of the Court of Accounts participated in trainings in the field of communication

Training session "Communication in the process of increasing individual performance" was organized between April 29-30 at the headquarters of the Court of Accounts of the Republic of Moldova (CoARM).

The training was moderated by Angela Zelenschi, a university lecturer at the Stefan the Great Police Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who is also the vice-president of the Ethics Committee of CoARM.

The purpose of the trainings was to develop the skills of CoARM employees in analyzing interpersonal communication barriers and apply communication principles and techniques to enhance individual performance.

About 50 CoARM employees got acquainted with with communication patterns, interaction between communication and individual performance, barriers to effective interpersonal communication, and discussed the individual approach of improving communication to form high performing employees.

The trainings were organized by the Ethics Commission of CoARM, in the context of information activities and development of employees' skills.
