Meeting of the Target Group 4 (GT4) "Governance and Communication" of EUROSAI

On 13-14 October in The Hague, Netherlands, was held a technical meeting of the Target Group 4 (GT4) "Governance and Communication" of EUROSAI.

Representatives of the Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) of Netherlands, Spain, Turkey, Portugal, Germany, Poland, Great Britain and Hungary attended the meeting. Tatiana Cuneţchi, member of the Court of Accounts of Moldova (CoA) and Tatiana Triboi, senior consultant of the External Relations and Communication Department, represented the Republic of Moldova.

The GT4 group of EUROSAI is responsible for developing, implementing and reporting on the actions of the strategic plans of the international organization of the Supreme Audit Institutions of INTOSAI. Currently, the GT4 Group develops the 2017-2019 EUROSAI Strategic Plan, to be approved within the EUROSAI Congress, scheduled for 2017.

The GT4 Group also tackled other topics such as the development of the EUROSAI Governance and the Modus Operandi proposals based on the recommendations of the self-evaluation.

The 2017-2019 EUROSAI Strategic Plan is going to be discussed by the members of the EUROSAI Governing Board later, within an extraordinary meeting. During the 44^th meeting of the EUROSAI Governing Board, held in Luxembourg, on 13 -14 June 2016, it was agreed that the next meeting (45^th) will be hosted by the SAI of the Republic of Moldova, event that will take place in Chisinau on 16 February 2017.
