The Court of Accounts attended the web seminar "IDI - SAI Management Discussions - Key Stakeholders"

On March 12, the INTOSAI Development Initiative (IDI) organized an online seminar for the relevant management and staff of Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) that are part of the European Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions EUROSAI.

The seminar brought together over 80 participants, the Court of Accounts of the Republic of Moldova (CoARM) being represented by Marina Covali, Member of the CoARM and Violeta Balan, Head of the External Relations and Communication Section.

The seminar "IDI - SAI Management Discussions - Key Stakeholders" aimed at the IDI initiative to conduct TAI audits (transparency, accountability and inclusion). IDI representatives also facilitated discussions among participants on how EUROSAI SAIs exercised oversight of emergency public procurement, socio-economic package oversight, and how EUROSAI SAIs ensured stakeholder inclusion for the impact of the audit.

The purpose of the seminar was to share good experiences and lessons learned by SAIs, to develop a common understanding of the TAI audit initiative, ways to engage with stakeholders and to discuss actions to contribute to transparency, accountability and inclusion.
