In the period of 24 - 30 January there were held trainings on Human Resources Management in the context of Twinning Project "Consolidation and Strengthening the External Public Audit in the Republic of Moldova".
The training were focused on individual and team coaching on the leadership and personal development were dedicated for Heads of subdivisions of the CoA. All these actions were held within external expert's mission Johanna Snellman, Anna Saharinen, Ari Sihvola and Arunas Beksta.
About 20 employees participated at the trainings which purpose were the implementation of the individual and organizational commitments to improve the efficiency of the Court of Accounts.
Coaching sessions belonged to the activity 3.2 of the Twinning Project on the implementation of the modern management procedures of human resources in line with EU standards; revising job descriptions and competency statements in accordance with the changes in the legal framework.
